The association needs new ideas and new members.

HOA DUES can be paid at the Picnic, mailed to the address

on the contact-us page, or given to your block captain,

Dues are only $10 for the whole year and help cover the costs

of the picnics, Easter Egg Hunt, newsletters, and other expenses.
You can mail your dues to the address here

All new residents are invited to come to the picnic

and receive a free one-year membership.

Please help our community by becoming a member.

EVENTS IN EASTGATE

 Our Community Picnics are held in the Park. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and beverages are provided. You are welcome to bring a dish to share and cash for the 50/50 drawing. We usually have a speaker from the City of Venice or local organization after lunch.

Oct. 18, 2025, 1:00-3:00 Fall Picnic in the Park

Harry Klinkhamer, the Historical Resources Manger for the City of Venice will be our speaker at 2 PM. He has a long history of being and archivist and working with museums.

Dec. 14th, 2025, 2:00 PM Cookie Exchange

Kim Roth’s house (1323 Cypress Ave) Bring cookies to share and bring an empty container to take some home. Or stop in to have a a snack and socialize. This event is well attended and there area always LOTS of cookies!
